      This Posture Support Back Brace Belt helps ease the pain of middle and upper back. It helps in preventing progressive spinal curvature and kyphosis. Also, rehabilitates after injuries and surgery of thoracic and upper lumbar sections of spine and clavicle. It is better to wear posture corrector in the first half of the day when the muscle mass is in a relaxed state. During the first week, use your posture corrector for 15-20 min, after that you can add 20 min every day. You may feel uncomfortable for the first 3-4 days. The shoulder belt is wider and thicker than others and when the straps pull your shoulders back, it won't cut your arms.
